I specialise in Newborn and Family photography in Aberdeenshire. I have studied a diploma in photography and completed Newborn Safety and Newborn Wrapping and Posing courses to give you a relaxed and unforgettable experience.

My newborn sessions are baby-led, natural and relaxed and done in my welcoming home studio on weekday and Saturday mornings on our farm, near Echt. Parents, siblings and even dogs are welcome to take part in your session. I like to provisionally book in my newborn sessions while you are in the second trimester as I have limited spaces each month. I do often have last minute spaces when my due babies are late. So I would love to still hear from you if you are further on, or if your bundle of joy is already earthside. 

Maternity… your body is doing something amazing and this should be documented. You can have your session outdoors or in the studio and show as much skin or as little as your comfortable with. I do have a variety of dresses you can use at your session or of course bring your own outfits. Sessions are done from 30-36 weeks usually. I offer a complimentary Maternity Shoot when you book me for your newborn photos.

Photographing older babies is so much fun and I love capturing every stage. They are only little for a very short time and they change so much within the first year. I do milestone sessions for any age to capture those beautiful features, first smiles, cheeky personalities, all the rolls, tiny toes and the beautiful bond they share with you. I include a complimentary 6 month shoot when you book your newborn shoot with me.

I adore photographing families – capturing all the fun and giggles with plenty action shots with minimal posing. I do this in many outdoor locations but mostly around our farm. Beach shoots are super and I tend to offer these over a couple days in the warmer months. I also offer harvest bale shoots in August / September. This type of session even gets the teens interested as they can jump off the bales creating awesome action shots.

I have had many clients ask for extended family shoots for the grandparents. These are wonderful and photos make the best gifts.

I do enjoy an intimate wedding or elopement. These are extra special days that is an honour to be part of. I will become part of your wedding party and be with you every step of the day capturing the happiness all around you and those little details. Within the package it will include a pre-wedding / engagement shoot to help make you feel more at ease on your big day.
